Overview
Kèr Fācàuqu was founded durring the late 10th century, by Vú̄kī Cōshīkī 'Trigress Spring' Jōy Goīb̪fé̄ Bë̂ Llywellen Belíhgā. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Vú̄kī Cōshīkī 'Trigress Spring' Jōy Goīb̪fé̄ Bë̂ Llywellen Belíhgā.
Kèr Fācàuqu was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Fācàuqu is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Kèr Fācàuqu is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive canals streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. Kèr Fācàuqu's robustly designed timber walls are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
A look around Kèr Fācàuqu seems to be home to a quite vibrant and boisterous community. Everywhere one looks they can see people going out their daily business with a smile and a spring in their step. Children play loudly in the streets, causing untold havoc as youth are want and allowed to do.
Civic Infrastructure
Kèr Fācàuqu has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.

Kèr Fācàuqu has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Kèr Fācàuqu has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Kèr Fācàuqu's locals despise outsiders. For some “outsiders” may be natives of foreign lands, while others might have a grudge against anyone from outside the community. These locals have an active loathing, and the outsiders allowed to trade or interact with them do so at a heavy disadvantage.
Kèr Fācàuqu's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is based upon new and innovative technologies of construction and the idea that form should follow function. It was an embrace of minimalism and a rejection of ornament. The style became characterized by an emphasis on volume, asymmetrical compositions, and minimal ornamentation..

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Kèr Fācàuqu was attacked by savage scorpionfolks living nearby. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Kèr Fācàuqu lost 116 people, 312 livestock, and 96 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 165, when members of Kèr Fācàuqu's militia enacted an operation to construct defenses in a particular vault. The operation was complicated by the officer in charge of Kèr Fācàuqu's forces was incompetent, and issue many foolish and-or unprofessional orders. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in a crushing defeat for Kèr Fācàuqu's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Kèr Fācàuqu's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
